PLAN YOUR VISIT

We're glad you're planning to join us at PRC. Here's everything you need to know for your first visit, from parking and kids ministry to what to wear. Wherever you are on your faith journey, you are welcome.

WHAT TO EXPECT

WHERE AND WHEN WE MEET

We meet at Carolina Park Elementary in Mount Pleasant, SC. If you are visiting for the first time, arriving 10–15 minutes early will give you time to park, check in, and find a seat. Our worship service begins at 10:00 AM and typically lasts about an hour and a half.

WHAT TO BRING AND HOW TO DRESS

Bring your Bible or use one of ours to keep, but everything you need will be available on the screen or in the bulletin.

There is no dress code at PRC. However, some people may wear their “Sunday best,” while others come more casually. We simply encourage you to come as you are.

We are a family-integrated church, which means children are welcome in the worship service. We believe worshiping alongside our children is an important part of Christian discipleship. You may hear the sounds of squirmy little ones, and that is okay.

Prior to the sermon kids will be dismissed to Little Pillars for their learning time.

PREACHING AND WORSHIP

Our worship is reverent, reflective, and congregational. You will receive a bulletin to help guide you through the service, including readings, creeds, songs, and responses. Keep it handy and join in with gusto.

Our preaching is expositional, meaning we seek to understand and apply God’s Word by working through Scripture faithfully.

On the first service of each month we observe the Lord’s Supper as part of our worship. All believers are welcome to observe and participate.

FELLOWSHIP & OCCASIONAL POTLUCK

Many people stay after the service to talk, meet visitors, and enjoy fellowship. On the first Sunday of each month after the worship service we host our monthly potluck brunch!

Sharing a meal together is one of the many ways we enjoy the fellowship God has given us as brothers and sisters in Christ and continue building relationships within our church family.

We hope you'll stay for good food, encouraging conversation, and the opportunity to grow together in the life of our church. We look forward to seeing you!

FOR KIDS

On Sunday's, children (ages 2-11) will begin the service with their parents, but prior to the sermon they will be dismissed to their classroom. Once in the classroom, a qualified church member will take the children through the catechism and an interactive curriculum. The curriculum we currently use is Answers In Genesis.
